This Hopkins & Allen Double Action No. 6 is an early 20th century revolver chambered in .32 S&W with a 4 5/8-inch barrel. Most of the original nickel plating remains, with some minor flaking, and the action works properly. The grips are in good condition apart from a chip on the right grip near the butt. The supplier rates the overall condition as good, and the item is listed as used.

This revolver suits a collector of early American double-action handguns or someone who wants a period piece for display. The nickel finish and the original grips are the main draw, and the chip on the right grip is the one visible flaw to weigh. Buyers should judge it on originality, finish and action condition, since it is an early revolver rather than a modern one.
